Announcing application workload management and simplified pricing

As of today all users (requires agent version >=2.2.0) now have access to Silverline's full set of Application Workload Management capabilities. This enables you to define containers to actively manage your applications. Silverline now provides a complete set of tools to systematically:

1. Tag and monitor any application


2. Set up custom threshold-based triggers


3. Apply custom application workload management polices to any application


4. Visualize your application behavior over time to gauge the efficacy of your policies and plan future consolidation/expansion

We've also listened to feedback and simplified our pricing model. Now you pay a single price for our product and all its capabilities. It's billed per/CPU core-hour so you only pay for what you use, and you can easily scale your use of Silverline up and down with elastic computing resources. Best of all, your first eight cores are on us. This means that for usage typical of the home, single developer, or even a tiny startup Silverline is completely free!
