A real-world use case

One of our customers (GitHub) experienced some outages earlier this week and published a detailed analysis of what happened and what they are doing to prevent such events from happening in the future (http://bit.ly/giVnHX). Their post mortem is an excellent illustration of the value that Silverline's combination of workload monitoring and workload management brings, as I mentioned in my previous blog post. Kudos to GitHub for their honest and thorough analysis.
